Perfect Journal For Tracking Fitness and Nutrition
I use this every day to track what I'm eating (my macros) and to log the details of my at-home workouts. Easy-to-use set-up, plenty of space for the day's details, and simple to thumb through to see how I'm progressing. Highly recommended.

The best digital workout log book!
Best Workout Log Journal ever. Has enough space for all of my 9 workouts per day. Has enough boxes for sets and reps, up to 6. Extra space for additional info. Very good layout! Used this for 8 week plan doing 6 workouts a day and I still had enough space for my next 12 week plan unlike a physical workout log book. Very good purchase.

Handy tracker
Really good for tracking my progress. Needed something other than the scales to help track my weight loss and keep me motivated. Using this to track reps and weights has really kept me motivated and achieve things I didn't think I could. Very useful and easy to use on iPad.

Its ok for the money
I got this for my gf so she can track some workouts. A few pages in the beginning that explain some muscle groups and exercises for each. Then just the same pages for writing down everything. 7/10. It does what it needs to do but I would have liked more information through the log.
